Health Coach and Founder of Alpharetta Anti-Aging and Health Solutions featuring the Biohacker Boutique
Fifteen years ago, Amy was unhappy, overtired, overweight, and just generally felt “blah.” In her early 30’s, she felt like she should have felt and looked fabulous. But she didn’t. She probably tried every new fad diet you could imagine. Her weight and energy levels would waffle but never stabilize. Today she has the energy level of a 25-year-old. What’s the secret sauce to infinite energy? It’s a simple blend of healthy mind and body, and it’s surprisingly easy to achieve.
Amy was looking in the wrong places. Her journey to real, sustainable health began after witnessing several loved ones’ health decline, both physically and cognitively. She vowed to do everything in her power to prevent this from happening to her. Inspired by experts in the space, she educated herself on nutrition, biohacking modalities and became a Certified Health Coach.
Fast forward to 2020 — she decided to step down from her corporate job and form Alpharetta Anti-Aging & Health Solutions and the Biohacker Boutique. Partnering with the Alpharetta Wellness Collective, they pride themselves on offering a warm “small-town feel boutique” experience while incorporating cutting edge technology to upgrade your health and wellness routine.
Whether you are a seasoned “biohacker” or just dipping your toe into exploring a healthier lifestyle, they are here to help with customized plans crafted to fit your individual needs.

- You struggle with codependency; your level of self-worth, well-being, life-success, joy, or overall state of physical and emotional well-being is dependent on someone else’s behavior, and no longer want to live half of your own life, purpose, passion, or self-expression. You’re ready to move powerfully into your own extraordinary life.
- You’re struggling to heal from a past relationship or event in your life.
- You feel that you’re holding yourself back or are in your own way of success and fulfillment.
These are just some of the areas in which Holly powerfully serves her clients.

Licensed Massage Therapist
Milda has always had a pretty “intelligent and intuitive” body since she was a little girl. She never liked meat or dairy products, so as a result, she started cooking for herself at age 7. She is always researching human health and diet. She started with food and then became interested in anatomy. This led to further research about the human body and ultimately to studying massage.
Milda has been a massage therapist for over 10 years. This field has taught her that our physical and emotional state is Yin and Yang, and massage helps balance them. She always tells clients that massage sometimes is needed for our mind more than for our body. During the massage, the body releases endorphins, which are natural pain killers. She loves trying different styles and approaches to massage. Her new obsession is Ashiatsu (barefoot massage with deep compression pressure and a myofascial release). She calls it a pleasant deep tissue massage.
