Put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method (WHM): Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.

The intimate quality allows for ample personal attention, and feedback tailored to your specific situation. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— a WHM workshop offers something for everyone.

The program will kick off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, and will include a breathing session and an (optional) ice bath. At the end there is ample room for reflection, and I will be there to answer questions throughout the workshop.

If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. The program will kick off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, and will include a breathing session and an (optional) ice bath. At the end there is ample room for reflection, and I will be there to answer questions throughout the workshop.

If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.

Breathwork is a healing therapy that uses conscious circular breathing to unlock an altered state of consciousness. The accelerated breath clears emotional blocks and stagnant energy from the mind and body. Conscious circular breathwork increases the circulation of oxygen through the body, which activates different areas of the brain to create new neural pathways for a deeper awareness and stronger self of sense, while releasing unresolved emotions and trauma. This session consists of the use of your conscious circular breath, reiki, evocative music and vibrational sound, which will leave you feeling lighter and a deeper sense of clarity. The event will start with an opening meditation, 50 minutes of breathwork and energy work then we will close with a meditation and sound bath to integrate.

Reiki Healing Night is a is gathering where individuals come together to experience and participate in Reiki healing sessions. Reiki is a form of alternative therapy that originated in Japan and involves the channeling of energy through one’s hands to promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being. The healing night provides an introduction for those who are called to train further in the First Degree Reiki class. First Degree Reiki is more extensive and each individual who completes the class becomes “attuned or initiated” and will receive a First Degree Reiki certification.
During a Reiki healing night, we start with grounding our energies by engaging in a meditation laying down on a yoga mat. The meditation allows one’s mind and body to relax and become an observer or witness to one’s experience. Individuals will use their own hands to move from the lower to upper chakras of the body. This experience allows one to embrace their energy bodies in a deeper manor allowing for peace and tranquility. Afterwards, we will make introductions and discuss our experience. We will also pair up with a partner to experience applying Reiki to one another and allow for healing energy to flow.
The goal of a Reiki healing night is to promote balance, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Many people find Reiki beneficial and experience positive effects, its effectiveness may vary from person to person, and it is considered a complementary therapy rather than a replacement for conventional medical treatment
