Milda has had a pretty “intelligent and intuitive” body since she was a little girl. She never liked meat or dairy products, so as a result, she started cooking for herself at age 7. She is constantly researching human health and diet. She began with food and became interested in anatomy, leading to further research about the human body and ultimately to studying massage.
Milda has been a Massage Therapist for over ten years. This field has taught her that our physical and emotional state is Yin and Yang, and massage helps balance them. She always tells clients that massage is sometimes needed for our mind more than our body. During the massage, the body releases endorphins, natural painkillers. She loves trying different styles and approaches to massage, and her new obsession is Ashiatsu (barefoot massage with deep compression pressure and a myofascial release). Milda calls it a pleasant deep tissue massage.
