Second and third trimester
That is the window this session is booked for. If you are in the first trimester, call the front desk rather than booking online and they will talk it through with you.
Side-lying, not face-down
You are positioned on your side and propped with cushions for the whole session. There is no table cut-out and nothing to lie face-down on.
