Privacy policy.

• We don’t sell or rent your information, and we never share your mobile number or texting consent with anyone for their marketing.
• If you request a Chiropractic Reset, we text and email you about booking it. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
• We advertise on Google. When you arrive from one of our ads, Google’s anonymous click ID is saved with your request, but your name, email, phone number and health information are never sent to Google.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement only run if you accept cookies, and we never use them to show you ads.
• Appointments are booked through Jane, our scheduling system, which has its own privacy policy.

This website isn’t where your medical records live. Once you’re a patient, your health information is kept in our practice management system and handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, which the front desk can give you.

Email and the chat aren’t secure channels for medical details. A sentence or two about what’s going on is plenty; save the specifics for your appointment.

When you request a Chiropractic Reset, we collect your first and last name, your mobile number, your email address, the best time of day to reach you, and whether you agreed to receive text messages. We don’t ask anything about your health on this form, and there’s nowhere to put it: that conversation happens at your visit.

If you came from one of our Google ads, the form also saves the ad’s click ID and the campaign it came from. These are codes in the web address, not information about you; they tell us which ads bring people in.

The form is part of this website. When you send it, we pass your request to Trust Driven Care, the system our front desk uses to follow up with new patients, which runs on LeadConnector. Your request is stored there so the front desk can call you and see whether you’ve booked; this website doesn’t keep a copy. If that system can’t take your request, it’s emailed to our front desk through Resend instead, so it isn’t lost. We use it only to help you book, and keep it for as long as it helps us look after you.

If you tick the box agreeing to texts, we use your mobile number to text you about your appointment request: a link to book, and a few follow-ups if you haven’t booked yet. We stop once you’ve booked, and we don’t text about health conditions or symptoms.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. Your number and consent are used only to send you our own messages, through the service providers that deliver them.

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. The full texting terms are in our terms of use.

We advertise the Chiropractic Reset on Google. When you click one of those ads, Google adds an anonymous click ID to the web address, and our request form saves it with your request.

So Google can tell which ads work, we may report back that a click led to a request or an appointment, using only that click ID. We never send Google your name, email address, phone number, the reason for your visit, or anything you entered on the form.

“Book” buttons on this site take you to our booking site on Jane (alpharettawellnesscollective.janeapp.com), run by Jane Software Inc. Anything you enter there, such as your contact details, intake forms and payment information, is collected by Jane for us and handled under Jane’s privacy policy as well as ours.

Some buttons, like booking a Zen Den event or applying for a job, open an email in your own mail app. Anything you send that way reaches our inbox like any other email, and we use it only to answer you or consider your application.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful: pages visited, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. It sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) to tell one visit from the next. Google processes this data under its own policies.

The same Google tag also measures our Google ads. If you arrived by clicking one, it keeps the ad’s click ID in a cookie (named _gcl_…) so that, if you go on to request an appointment, Google can count that the ad worked. It tells Google that a click led to a request, not who you are or anything you typed.

None of this is used to show you ads. Ad personalisation, remarketing and Google signals are switched off, whatever you choose.

All of it only loads if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, none of it loads. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it at any time: Cookie settings.

The chat bubble in the corner of the page is provided by LeadConnector. It loads on every page, separately from the cookie banner, and may set its own cookies. Anything you type into the chat is sent to us through LeadConnector, so please keep medical details out of it too.

The map on our homepage is embedded from Google Maps. When it loads, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address, under Google’s privacy policy.

This website is hosted by Vercel and some of its images are served by Cloudinary. Like any web host, they receive technical information such as your IP address and browser to deliver pages and keep their services secure.

If you sign up for our monthly email, we use your email address only to send it. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

This website isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information online. If you think a child has sent us information through this site, get in touch and we’ll delete it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you from this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@alpharettawellnesscollective.com or call 770-559-0443. Records we’re required to keep as your healthcare provider are covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices instead.

If we change how this website handles information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
