Terms

Terms of use.

What you can expect from this website, what we ask of you, and the practical terms around booking and cancelling.

Last updated September 30, 2026

The short version

  • This site tells you what we do and helps you book. It is not medical advice.
  • Reading it, or sending us a message through it, does not make you a patient.
  • Booking happens on Jane, which has its own terms.
  • If you agree to texts when you request a Chiropractic Reset, reply STOP at any time to opt out.
  • Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel without a charge.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, print and share anything here. What we ask is the ordinary set: don’t try to break the site or get into parts of it that aren’t public, don’t scrape it to pass our writing off as someone else’s, and don’t use the forms or the chat to send anything unlawful or abusive.

The words, photographs and design on this site belong to Alpharetta Wellness Collective or to the people who made them for us. Quoting a passage with a link back is fine. Republishing a page as your own is not.

This site is not medical advice

Everything here describes what happens in a session — what a visit is like, how long it takes, who provides it. None of it is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or advice about your particular situation, and none of it should be used in place of seeing somebody.

Reading this site, emailing us, or messaging the chat bubble does not start a doctor–patient or practitioner–patient relationship. That begins at your first appointment, in the room, with the paperwork that comes with it.

If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Don’t use this site, and don’t wait for a reply to a message.

Booking, and the hand-off to Jane

Every “Book” button on this site opens Jane (opens in a new tab), the scheduling system the practice uses. Jane is a separate company with its own terms and its own privacy policy, and the account you create there is with them. What you do on Jane is governed by their terms, not these.

Times and availability shown on Jane are the live ones. Anything on this site — a session length, who provides what — describes how we work and can change; where the two disagree, what Jane shows at the moment you book is what you have booked.

Cancellations

Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel without a charge. Inside 24 hours the appointment may be billed in part or in full depending on when you cancel. Call 770-559-0443 or cancel online.

We would always rather move an appointment than charge for one, so if something has gone wrong, call the front desk on 770-559-0443 and talk to us.

Prices

Most of this site doesn’t publish prices. What a visit costs depends on what you actually book and how long it runs, and a figure printed here would be wrong for most people reading it. The front desk will tell you before you commit to anything, and Jane shows the price of a session at the point you book it.

The exception is an offer with one fixed price, like the Chiropractic Reset. Where this site states a price for an offer, that is the price.

Text messages

When you request a Chiropractic Reset on this site, you can choose to receive text messages from Alpharetta Wellness Collective about your appointment request. By ticking that box, you agree to these terms.

  • What we send: a link to book your first visit, and a few reminders if you haven’t booked yet. The messages stop once you’ve booked, or after six days if you don’t. Appointment confirmations and reminders come separately from Jane.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You’ll get one message confirming that, and nothing after it.
  • Reply HELP for help, or call us on 770-559-0443.
  • Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can request a Reset without ticking the box, or call us instead.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We don’t text about health conditions or symptoms, and we never share your mobile number or texting consent with anyone for their marketing. How we handle your number is set out in our privacy policy.

Messages you send us

Emails you send us reach the front desk. Please keep clinical detail out of them — email is not a secure channel, and the right place for anything sensitive is in person or on the phone. The same goes for the chat bubble.

What happens to the information you send is set out in our privacy policy.

Other people’s sites

We link out to Jane, to Google, to the practitioners’ own booking pages and occasionally elsewhere. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for what they do or say. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.

What we can promise about the site

We keep this site accurate and available as best we reasonably can, but we can’t promise it will always be up, always be current, or always be free of errors. It is provided as it is.

To the fullest extent Georgia law allows, Alpharetta Wellness Collective is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — which includes anything to do with the care you receive at the practice. That care is governed by the consent forms you sign with us and by Georgia law, not by this page.

Changes, and the law that applies

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Fulton County, Georgia.
