The Zen Den

A quiet room, and what happens in it.

Breathwork, sound and stretch, most of it after the clinic closes. The same room is yours to hire if you have something of your own to run.

The Zen Den, wide: a long room with a pale wood floor, grey columns, wall mirrors and woven lanterns hung from the white-painted joists.

What’s on

Upcoming in the Zen Den.

Classes run outside clinic hours, so an evening start is normal. Spots are held at the front desk, so give us a call and we’ll put your name down.

A corner of the Zen Den: a candle-lit side table, a salt lamp and a small altar of crystals by the window, beside a floor-to-ceiling mirror.

Hire the room

Run your own thing here.

Teachers, practitioners and small groups use the Zen Den for classes, circles and workshops. If you already have people who come to you, this is a room to bring them to.

Tell us what you run, how many people, and roughly when. We’ll come back with availability and what it costs.

The space

What it’s like in there.

  • The Zen Den from the doorway: pale floor, grey support columns, woven lanterns and green curtains against dark painted walls.

Columns, lanterns and a lot of plants.

  • A wooden shelf stacked with woven blankets, rolled yoga mats, blocks and navy bolsters.

Mats, bolsters and blankets are all here.

  • A group sitting together on the sunroom steps after a class.

    Most people stay a while.
