SoftWave therapy
Acoustic waves delivered into the tissue through a handheld applicator. FDA cleared, fifteen minutes, and no downtime afterwards.
2 ways to book it, from 15 minutes. Call the desk for what it comes to — that depends on what you need.

What it is
Acoustic waves, through the applicator.
What happens in the room
Gel goes on the skin and the applicator is worked over the area, sending acoustic waves into the tissue under it. A single session is fifteen minutes; the first one runs to thirty.
German-made, FDA cleared
The technology was developed in Germany and used in Europe before it came to the United States. The device is FDA cleared.

- 30 min
SoftWave therapy, first visit
Your first SoftWave session, booked at thirty minutes rather than fifteen.
- 15 min
SoftWave therapy, single
Acoustic waves through the tissue. FDA cleared, fifteen minutes, and no downtime afterwards.
How to book it
Book the machine. Ann runs it.
SoftWave keeps its own diary in Jane rather than a practitioner's, so you book a slot on it the same way you would with anyone here. Ann Santos, our practice manager and SoftWave TRT specialist, runs the session.
Before you come
- Wear something that makes the area easy to get to. The applicator is used on bare skin, with gel.
- A first session is booked at thirty minutes, twice a single one, so leave a little longer than you would later on.
Afterwards
- No ice and no anti-inflammatories for 48 hours, and carry on at the activity level you were already at.
- There's no downtime. You can go straight back to whatever you were doing.
Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel without a charge. Inside 24 hours the appointment may be billed in part or in full depending on when you cancel. Call 770-559-0443 or cancel online.

Plenty of people here see more than one of us. Book two things into the same visit and you’ll only explain yourself once.
