Before you leave
There is almost nothing to do.
If you were sent intake forms, filling them in at home is the difference between starting at your appointment time and starting fifteen minutes after it. Otherwise, come as you are.
- Wear something that makes the area easy to get to. The applicator is used on bare skin, with gel.
- A first session is booked at thirty minutes, twice a single one, so leave a little longer than you would later on.

When you turn in
It's a house, not a storefront.
Look for the dark sign on white posts on the lawn at the road. It carries our mark and nothing else, so if you can read it from the car you are in the right place.

Thirty seconds later
Park out front.
The building is white painted brick, set back on a lawn, with 264 on the front. Parking is free: a small lot out front, and more around the back if that one is full.

At the door

The entrance is the glass door with the mark etched into it. You can see straight through to the plants on the other side.

The first minute
Give your name.
It opens onto an enclosed porch with a few chairs and a lot of plants. The desk is through from there. Give your name and someone will take it from you.

In the room
What actually happens.
- The first session
- Thirty minutes. Gel goes on the skin and the applicator is worked over the area, sending acoustic waves into the tissue under it.
- After that
- Single sessions run fifteen minutes, and they can sit either side of another appointment in the same visit.

On the way out
Afterwards.
- No ice and no anti-inflammatories for 48 hours, and carry on at the activity level you were already at.
- There's no downtime. You can go straight back to whatever you were doing.
